7) Know that exercise isn’t everything (7 of 10)
Regular exercise is important, but going to the gym doesn’t mean you should reward yourself with a monstrous dessert later on. Eating well, and not just exercise, will really determine whether you lose or gain weight. You should of course workout but it’s not a free pass to over-eating and eating crap. Try to keep that in mind and keep your diet balanced! Of course, you can have a cheat day. Regular exercise will help you stay healthy, get in shape and get skinny (if that’s your goal) but only if you eat well.
