I’m super-guilty of this one. But, if you restrict yourself all day, you’re much more likely to break down at night and overindulge. Combat those late night munchies by eating more substantially (but healthy) during the day. Skipping meals has been proven to lead to hunger and we know that when we’re hungry we get hangry (aka moody!) When your body thinks your starving, it’ll sends signals to your brain that you’re starving so you’ll end up over-eating which will inevitably cause you to consume unneeded calories. If you eat balanced meals throughout the day, your body will feel satisfied verses starving so you won’t have those late-night cravings.
